Mindtel is a fast-growing EdTech innovator transforming how institutions and individuals access, engage with, and benefit from digital learning. We partner with schools, coaching centers, upskilling platforms, and corporate L&D teams to deliver scalable, outcome-driven EdTech solutions — from AI-powered adaptive learning to blended curriculum delivery and teacher enablement tools. Our B2B & B2C sales engine is expanding rapidly across India, and we're looking for high-energy Business Development Executives to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B (schools, coaching centers, enterprises) and B2C (individual learners, parents) clients across assigned geographies in India.
- Conduct end-to-end sales cycles — from cold outreach and demo delivery to contract negotiation and onboarding — using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (principals, directors, HR heads, parents) through regular engagement and value-focused communication.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor pitches, refine messaging, and ensure seamless client handoffs.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and lead generation targets using CRM tools and sales analytics to track progress and optimize strategy.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to position Mindtel's solutions as the preferred choice in India's evolving EdTech landscape.
