Role Description The EDTECH BDE role at Design Indian is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demos, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the edtech space. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing deals aligned with revenue targets up to 6 LPA. The role involves coordinating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs, gathering feedback from the market, and contributing to strategies for growth. The EDTECH BDE is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools, report on performance metrics, and represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and presentations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Ability to conduct effective sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
Comfort with using CRM systems, basic data analysis, and sales reporting tools.
Knowledge of the edtech industry, education products, or related domains is highly beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive manner.
Proven ability to work toward sales targets, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Willingness to work on-site in Noida and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
