Job Description

A fast-growing company in the EdTech sector focused on learner acquisition and career-upskilling programs across India. We run on-site operations and deliver high-touch sales outreach to prospective learners and institutional partners during peak engagement hours.

Role: Business Development Executive (EdTech) Night Shift (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound learner acquisition during night-shift hours through calls, emails, and WhatsApp outreach to meet daily and monthly enrollment targets.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, manage discovery conversations, and convert qualified prospects into scheduled counseling/demo appointments.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead status, activity logs, and follow-up tasks to preserve pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
  • Coordinate with counselors and academic teams to ensure seamless handover and timely closure of enrollments.
  • Hit and exceed individual sales KPIs and contribute to team targets via consistent pipeline development and disciplined follow-up.
  • Capture market feedback, common objections, and competitive intelligence to inform product and marketing improvements.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

  • Night-shift availability and willingness to work on-site in India.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or tele-counselling in EdTech, education services, or consumer services.
  • Cold calling
