Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Edtech Business Development Associate (BDA) role based in Hyderabad, with a compensation of up to 9 LPA in a B2B-focused environment. The BDA will identify, prospect, and engage educational institutions, training companies, and corporate learning teams to promote Globelance's edtech solutions and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos and presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and closing B2B deals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, gathering feedback from clients to improve offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The BDA will also be expected to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales and business development skills, preferably in the edtech, SaaS, or education services space.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management using CRM and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to understand client needs, map solutions, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Prior experience in edtech, staffing, consulting, or B2B account management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
