EdTech Business Development Associate (BDA)

Hindustan Recruitment is looking for a driven EdTech Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and are ready to make an immediate impact in the education technology sector, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and educational institutions to understand their needs and present our EdTech solutions effectively.
  • Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our EdTech products/services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, working towards achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from the market and contribute to product improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales is required, ideally within the EdTech or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with diverse clients.
  • We are seeking an immediate joiner who can quickly integrate into our team and start contributing.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi for the initial work-from-home period.

Work Environment

  • This role offers an initial 3 months of work-from-home (WFH) flexibility.
  • Following the WFH period, the role will transition to work-from-office (WFO) in Bengaluru.
