Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and educational institutions to understand their needs and present our EdTech solutions effectively.
- Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our EdTech products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, working towards achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from the market and contribute to product improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales is required, ideally within the EdTech or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with diverse clients.
- We are seeking an immediate joiner who can quickly integrate into our team and start contributing.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi for the initial work-from-home period.
Work Environment
- This role offers an initial 3 months of work-from-home (WFH) flexibility.
- Following the WFH period, the role will transition to work-from-office (WFO) in Bengaluru.
