Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Editorial Manager to execute written content across our auctions, exhibitions, digital platforms, and media communications. The ideal candidate is a strong editor and writer with a genuine interest in art, design, and culture, particularly within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities

●     Write and edit auction catalogue notes across art, jewellery, and design

●     Conduct in-depth research to support catalogue entries and editorial content

●     Research and source images for editorial content

●     Develop exhibition descriptions, wall texts, and interpretive materials

●     Handle press communications and respond to media queries

●     Write, edit, and distribute newsletters and support marketing communications

●     Script, storyboard, and produce video content for the website and social media platforms

●     Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style across all content

●     Collaborate with marketing, design, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and project goals

●     Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Creative Writing, Art History, or a related field

●     Excellent command of written English, with strong editing and proofreading skills

●     Prior experience of 4 – 6 years in an editorial, content, or journalistic role

●     Ability to write clearly and concisely while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards

●     Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently

●     Background in or knowledge of Indian art preferred

●     Basic understanding of SEO is an advantage
