We are looking for a seasoned and editorially driven professional to lead our Branded Content vertical. The ideal candidate will bring a strong newsroom background, sharp editorial judgment, and the ability to seamlessly integrate brand storytelling within a news environment without compromising credibility or quality.
This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-impact branded content strategies that align with both client objectives and editorial standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of branded content initiatives across digital, video, and on-ground platforms
- Collaborate closely with editorial, sales, and marketing teams to create compelling, insight-driven brand narratives
- Ensure all branded content maintains high editorial quality, accuracy, and integrity
- Conceptualize innovative content formats that resonate with audiences while meeting client expectations
- Act as the bridge between editorial and commercial teams, ensuring seamless alignment
- Oversee content production, including scripting, storytelling, and final output quality
- Build and mentor a high-performing branded content team
- Stay updated with industry trends and evolving content formats
Requirements:
- 15–20 years of experience, with a strong foundation in newsroom/editorial roles
- Deep understanding of news, current affairs, and editorial sensibilities
- Ability to balance editorial integrity with commercial objectives
- Strong storytelling, writing, and content conceptualization skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with digital, video, and multi-platform content ecosystems

- Experience working in leading news organizations or media houses
- Exposure to branded content, native advertising, or content partnerships
