About the Role
AA Media, the force behind Next-Generation Construction Magazine, is hiring a sharp, curious, and energetic Editorial Content Creator for a 1-week on-ground assignment at Bauma CONEXPO India 2025 in Bangalore.
You'll be the editorial voice on-site, capturing stories, conducting interviews, and producing engaging content that showcases the innovations shaping the future of construction and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the editorial voice of Next-Generation Construction Magazine at the expo
- Conduct interviews with exhibitors, industry leaders, innovators, and speakers
- Collaborate with video and design teams to shape content direction
- Create quick, on-the-go content: articles, blogs, reels, and social media posts
- Identify and report on trends, innovations, and human stories from the expo
- Produce daily highlights and a post-event wrap-up
Requirements
- Must be based in Bangalore or nearby areas (no accommodation provided)
- Background in journalism, content creation, editorial media, or related fields
- Strong interviewing and storytelling skills (on-camera and off-camera)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, live-event environment
- Prior event coverage/on-ground reporting experience preferred
- Basic understanding of construction/engineering/technology sectors is a plus
- Comfortable working with video and creative teams
