Role Description The Editor role is a part-time, remote position responsible for shaping and refining content related to Adobe Photoshop workflows, tips, and creative practices. On a day-to-day basis, the Editor reviews articles, tutorials, and guides for clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand voice and style. The role involves restructuring draft content, correcting grammar and formatting, ensuring technical correctness of Photoshop steps, and optimizing content for digital publication. The Editor collaborates with writers and designers to plan upcoming topics, provide feedback, and improve overall content quality. The position also includes maintaining editorial standards, meeting publishing deadlines, and suggesting enhancements that make materials more useful for the audience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience editing digital content such as articles, tutorials, or guides, with strong attention to grammar, structure, and clarity.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including common tools, workflows, and best practices, sufficient to verify technical accuracy in content.
• Ability to apply and maintain a consistent editorial style, tone, and formatting across multiple pieces and contributors.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback to content creators.
• Comfort working in a remote, digital environment using collaboration tools and content management systems.
• Proven time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments part-time.
• Relevant experience in editing, content production, or publishing; a degree or coursework in Communications, English, Journalism, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
• Interest in design, digital creativity, and teaching or explaining complex processes in an accessible way.
