Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Edible Oil Plant Incharge located in Hyderabad. The Plant Incharge will oversee daily operations of the edible oil production facility, manage power generation processes, and ensure effective and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include supervision of production staff, adherence to project timelines, management of resources, and implementation of safety measures. The role also involves evaluating processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams to achieve optimal productivity while meeting quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory skills and team leadership experience in a manufacturing or plant setting
- Experience with power generation and power plants, with knowledge of associated processes
- Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring tasks
- A background in engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations within the manufacturing industry is an advantage
