Role Overview:

We are seeking for experienced EDI Support Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in EDI Mapping, X12 transactions, and EDI integrations. The role involves managing EDI mappings, integrations, transaction support, and troubleshooting while ensuring reliable document exchange with trading partners.

Key Responsibilities:

EDI Mapping & Integration

• Design, build, test, and maintain EDI maps and X12 transactions.
• Develop and support EDI integrations across trading partners.
• Work with EDI translator and integration platforms such as HQX, Sterling, or similar tools.
• Configure and support communication protocols including FTP, AS2, and SPS.

Issue Resolution & Support

• Investigate and resolve EDI mapping and transaction issues.
• Work with trading partners to ensure smooth and reliable document flow.
• Maintain documentation for EDI maps, configurations, and processes.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new mapping tools and integration platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on EDI experience.
• Strong expertise in EDI Mapping and the X12 standard.
• Hands-on experience with real-world EDI integrations.
• Experience with EDI communication protocols such as FTP, AS2, and SPS.
• Exposure to HQX, Sterling, or similar EDI translator platforms.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Boomi or other integration platforms is an added advantage.
