- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in B2B/EDI integration engineering and production support.
- Hands-on development, configuration, or support experience with at least one enterprise B2B/EDI integration platform.
- Deep understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards, including envelopes, segments, loops, acknowledgements, and validation requirements.
- Hands-on experience with X12 transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 997, and 999.
- Strong experience developing and troubleshooting EDI maps and data transformations.
- Expert-level knowledge of AS2, SFTP, and other secure transport configurations.
- Strong understanding of FTPS, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, digital certificates, SSH keys, encryption, signing, and authentication.
- Experience transforming flat files, XML, JSON, IDocs, and other enterprise data formats.
- Experience onboarding and supporting external trading partners.
- Experience integrating EDI platforms with ERP, WMS, and other backend business applications.
- Experience monitoring production transactions and resolving processing failures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills covering connectivity, firewalls, certificates, mappings, data quality, and application interfaces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience working across onshore and offshore teams.
Ability and willingness to learn the Axway product suite and complete Axway-specific enablement during onboarding
