EDI Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
• Design and implement SAP solutions that align with business objectives and integrate effectively with existing systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions using IBM Sterling tools, including setup, testing, and error resolution.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization.
• Partner closely with IT teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), or Financial Accounting (FI).
• Proven experience working with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML.
• Proficiency in IBM Sterling integration tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other advanced SAP platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
