Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
- Design and implement SAP solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage EDI transactions using IBM Sterling, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize SAP and EDI system utilization.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure timely project delivery, following best practices and standards.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications We Seek:
Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), or Financial Accounting (FI).
- Proven experience with EDI standards and protocols including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML.
- Proficiency in IBM Sterling integration tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other advanced SAP technologies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
