Job Description

Knowledge/Experience in BOM Management - BOM creation and BOM updation in process oriented detailed way (Effective Analysis).
Knowledge/Experience in Change management (CCM) or Engineering Control Management (ECM).
PLM knowledge and activities.
Program release process or milestone release process.
Knowledge in costing or pricing analysis for parts and its subsets costs.
Knowledge in parts sourcing and its structure.
Coordinate with Program team for project kick off, build event or milestone launches.
Knowledge in Vehicle Architecture (like components/system/connected vehicles)
Ability to push stakeholders for updates, gathering data's, follow ups, schedule meetings, and manage stakeholders.
Team coordination - Ability to push the team to get On Time Delivery (OTD) and First Time Right (FTR).
Awareness on their own, team and project KPI metrics.
Data Analytics - Knowledge in Advance MS Excel, Excel Automation Power BI and other Power tools.
Fluent and efficient communication - In interacting with Stakeholders and clients.
Negotiation skills & problem-solving skills
Knowledge on Ford Change Managements Processes advantageous
Knowledge on lean process & continuous improvements
