Job Description

  • ssess database design requirements for data capture, extraction, processing, and reporting.
  • Design clinical databases and eCRFs based on protocol and Clinical Data Manager (CDM) specifications.
  • Make informed recommendations to management on complex technical issues, offering effective solutions.
  • Configure and validate dataset mappings for data exports from the EDC system.
  • Program edit checks as per specifications provided by the CDM.
  • Support issue resolution and implementation of changes related to eCRF or edit checks during system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
  • Import and process external data into the EDC system, in line with the Data Transfer Agreement developed with the CDM.
  • Manage and support multiple studies and projects concurrently, meeting delivery timelines.
  • Support or manage UAT and edit checks testing when required.
  • Archive study databases and associated documentation post-study.
  • Participate in the review and development of Quality documents, such as SOPs and working practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree or related field.
  • Proven experience in eCRF development and EDC systems configuration for clinical trials.
  • Understanding of clinical research principles, protocols, and data flow.
  • Experience with EDC tools such as Oracle RDC, Lifesphere, Ennov, Inform, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with clinical data management tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and programming languages.
