Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Economics lessons for Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economic Development, and Statistics for Economics effectively.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments that support student learning and academic achievement.
- Evaluate student progress through examinations, assignments, presentations, and classroom activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to help students improve their performance.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
- Integrate current economic events and real-world examples into classroom discussions to enhance student understanding.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations through revision plans, mock tests, and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development and academic success.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities as required.
- Utilize educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Qualifications- Master's Degree (M.A.) in Economics from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Economics at the Senior Secondary level, in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and board examination requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
