Roles And Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Curriculum Development
    • Deliver high-quality lectures in Economics subjects such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Managerial Economics, and Business Environment.
    • Design, develop, and update course curriculum aligned with academic and industry standards.
    • Integrate case studies, business examples, and experiential learning methods into teaching.
    • Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive classroom sessions to enhance student learning.
  • Research and Publications
    • Conduct research in Economics, Public Policy, Business Economics, or related interdisciplinary areas.
    • Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
    • Present research work in academic conferences, seminars, and faculty development programs.
  • Student Mentorship and Academic Guidance
    • Mentor students academically and guide them in career development.
    • Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships.
    • Encourage analytical thinking and economic decision-making skills among students.
  • Industry and Academic Collaboration
    • Develop collaborations with industry experts and academic institutions.
    • Organize guest lectures, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
    • Promote industry-oriented learning and practical exposure.
  • Institutional Responsibilities
    • Participate in curriculum planning and accreditation activities such as NAAC/NBA.
    • Contribute to academic committees and institutional development initiatives.
    • Support institutional events, conferences, and student engagement programs.
Qualifications

    • Ph.D. in Economics from a recognized university (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
    • Master's Degree (MA Economics) with a strong academic background
