EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience/schooling
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience in the practice and application of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe.
Demonstrated success in removing blockers and driving Agile maturity.
Good experience with Agile technologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience working in eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus).
Experience working with a range of stakeholders on business and technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Flexibility to work with at least 4 hr. overlap with US EST Time zone.
