Location: GK 2, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse processes.
• Order Management:
• Manage order processing from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Monitor and optimize order accuracy and delivery timelines.
• Return Management:
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient handling of returns.
• Analyze return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage stock levels effectively.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in warehouse management, preferably in the clothing industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
