This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located on-site in Pune City. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize the company's online retail platforms, analyze sales metrics, implement strategies to boost online revenue, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing product listings, coordinating promotional campaigns, handling customer inquiries, and improving online user experiences to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in E-Commerce platforms and strategies to optimize online sales
• Strong Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage online inquiries and build customer relationships
• Experience in Sales with the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of the health and wellness industry would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
