We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and FirstCry, and a strong understanding of marketplace operations.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and FirstCry
- Product listing creation, optimization (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
- Inventory planning, stock management, and order processing
- Handle pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions
- Manage marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates and launches
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback professionally
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive / Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Meesho, and FirstCry
- Understanding of SEO for product listings and marketplace algorithms
- Experience with promotions, deals, and ad campaigns
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in baby, kids, or lifestyle products
- Knowledge of international shipping and cross-border selling (bonus)
- Familiarity with Shopify or D2C platforms is an advantage
