Ecommerce Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Surat. The Ecommerce specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital store, creating and implementing marketing strategies for online sales, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing Ecommerce data, and increasing overall online sales for Svaraa Jewels.

• Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proven record of increasing online sales and managing Ecommerce data
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field
• Experience with Shopify platform is a plus
• Experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
