Role Overview
As the E-commerce Specialist at Sakhyam, you will serve as our Digital Store Manager. You'll be the driving force behind our brand's presence across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit) and our D2C platform. This role is a blend of operational excellence, creative content optimization, and data-driven performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform & Operations Management
End-to-End Ownership: Manage daily operations for the official D2C website and third-party marketplaces (Seller Central, Flipkart Hub, etc.).
Logistics Coordination: Partner with the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels, prevent stock-outs, and streamline order fulfillment.
2. Catalog & Content Strategy
Listing Optimization: Create high-converting listings using SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
Visual Excellence: Manage the deployment of A+ Content, Brand Stores, and high-quality imagery to enhance the customer journey.
3. Performance & Growth
Marketing Collaboration: Execute and monitor PPC campaigns, social media ads, and email marketing flows to drive qualified traffic.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key metrics including Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to pivot strategies in real-time.
4. Customer Centricity
Feedback Loop: Monitor reviews and customer queries to identify product improvements or untapped market opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 24 years in E-commerce/Quick Commerce (Experience in Toys, Books, or Kids categories is a major plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento; deep familiarity with marketplace backend dashboards.
Marketing Savvy: Strong grasp of SEO/SEM and how to rank products in a competitive landscape.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between creative, marketing, and logistics teams.
