About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations & Amazon FBA Reimbursement Specialist to manage inventory reconciliation, reimbursement audits, fulfillment operations, and marketplace account health across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and our e-commerce stores in the US, EU, and Canada.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Amazon FBA, inventory management, fulfillment operations, reimbursement recovery, carrier claims, and Seller Central troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon FBA Inventory Reconciliation & Reimbursements
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations using Amazon inventory, shipment, and financial reports.
- Identify missing, lost, damaged, destroyed, overcharged, or unreimbursed inventory.
- Audit Amazon accounts for reimbursement opportunities.
- File and track reimbursement claims through Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitor claim status and follow up until resolution.
- Recover funds related to lost inbound shipments, warehouse losses, customer returns, removals, and damaged inventory.
Carrier Claims Management
- Investigate shipment discrepancies and inventory shortages.
- File and manage claims with carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL, and other logistics providers.
- Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers to obtain supporting documentation.
- Track claim progress and maximize reimbursement recovery.
Fulfillment & Operations Management
- Manage Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
- Create and monitor inbound shipments.
- Troubleshoot receiving discrepancies and shipment issues.
- Monitor stranded, reserved, and unavailable inventory.
- Manage removal orders and inventory transfers.
- Support fulfillment operations for Walmart, Wayfair, and other sales channels.
Reporting & Analysis
- Download and analyze inventory, reimbursement, shipment, and financial reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Track reimbursement recovery rates and operational KPIs.
- Identify process improvements to reduce inventory losses and fulfillment errors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
- Experience with inventory reconciliation and reimbursement recovery.
- Experience filing and managing Amazon and carrier claims.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon,Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing fulfillment operations across multiple marketplaces.
