Role: Ecommerce Executive

On-site | Malad, Mumbai

We are looking for a smart, growth-oriented Ecommerce Specialist who is excited to work on international marketplaces and grow with a fast-scaling brand.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the USA ecommerce ecosystem and wants to learn how global marketplace brands operate

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon USA & Walmart USA
• Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including catalog management, inventory coordination, and performance tracking
• Coordinate sea & air freight shipments for international operations
• Connect and coordinate with global shipment & logistics teams for smooth deliveries
• Monitor stock movement, shipment timelines, and warehouse coordination
• Monitor sales, conversions, and account health metrics
• Work on marketplace growth strategies to improve visibility and revenue
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for scaling products
• Stay updated with marketplace trends, tools, and ecommerce best practices
• Explore and learn emerging ecommerce platforms and international selling strategies

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Marketplace
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with reports, product data, and performance metrics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields
• Freshers with a strong work ethic, disciplined mindset, and eagerness to learn are highly welcome

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of Amazon Ads or Walmart Ads
• Understanding of listing SEO, PPC, and conversion optimization
• Experience with international ecommerce operations
• Familiarity with logistics, freight coordination, or shipment processes
