This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Kochi. The role involves managing and optimizing the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experience, and driving online sales growth. Responsibilities include analyzing website performance metrics, handling customer inquiries and support requests, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory levels, and executing e-commerce campaigns to achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and the ability to manage online sales processes effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring platform performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Exceptional Communication skills for promoting products and collaborating with internal teams.
• Proven Sales skills to increase revenue by leveraging online platforms and promotional strategies.
• Experience working in the healthcare or medical products industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
