What You'll Do:

• Own product listings & catalogs across E-commerce & Q-commerce.
• Create magic with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions & keywords.
• Take charge of orders, stock levels & logistics coordination.
• Run exciting campaigns, discounts & ads that drive real sales.
• Track performance, analyze numbers & celebrate growth.
• Keep our customers happy with engagement & after-sales support.
• Work closely with our website & social media team for integrations.
• Support digital campaigns & WhatsApp shop integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-6 years experience in E-Commerce operations (FMCG preferred).
• Familiarity with platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & SEO.
