Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site E-commerce Specialist role located in Gurugram. The person will assist with managing e-commerce operations, coordinating with customers to provide excellent service, and supporting sales-related activities. Responsibilities include monitoring online store performance, resolving customer queries, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless user experiences across online platforms.

Qualifications

• Basic Analytical Skill.
• Experience with customer service and communication skills to provide excellent assistance to clients
• Understanding of the e-commerce platform's structure.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in marketing, etc.
• Being able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Being flexible and willing to learn new skills and procedures.
