Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist with a strong understanding of online retail, website management, and customer experience optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operational work, website configuration, light technical development, and experimentation to drive online sales.

You will be responsible for day-to-day management of e-shops, implementing improvements, supporting campaigns, and continuously enhancing the user experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations & Growth

• Manage and grow online sales for the company's products and services
• Oversee daily operations of e-shops, including product updates and content management
• Participate in the full lifecycle of e-shop changes: design, testing, and implementation

 Multi-Market Management

• Configure and manage e-shops across multiple countries
• Adapt content and functionality to meet local market needs

 Experimentation & Optimization

• Work with tools such as:
• Bloomreach
• OXID eShop
• Support:
• A/B testing
• Personalization initiatives
• UX and conversion optimization

Technical & Frontend Tasks

• Some HTML, CSS and JavaScript exposure

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to:
• Launch campaigns
• Optimize user journeys
• Improve conversion rates

 Continuous Improvement

• Analyze results and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Propose and implement enhancements to e-shops

 Required Skills & Experience

• knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS and JS
• Familiarity with CMS or e-commerce platforms (preferably Bloomreach or OXID)
• Strong understanding of user experience and design principles

 Nice to Have

• Experience with Jinja2 templating
• Exposure to A/B testing and personalization tools
• Experience working in international e-commerce environments
