Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for an Ecommerce Specialist at Awaken Jewels. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize our online business channels, including maintaining the website, updating product listings, and implementing e-commerce best practices. The role also involves analyzing sales data to identify trends, improving customer experience through excellent service, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to boost online revenue. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to this role, ensuring seamless coordination across operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience i.e 7yrs+ in E-Commerce platform management and understanding of online sales strategies.
• Proven Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights for growth.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional experience to customers and stakeholders.
• Sales expertise, including a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in an online environment.
• Technical proficiency with e-commerce tools, inventory management systems, and an understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Passion for sustainable luxury products and knowledge of the fine jewelry market is an advantage.
