Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Specialist / Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms and be comfortable managing client relationships and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce accounts across quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end account management, including client communication and reporting
- Monitor performance metrics and drive growth through data-driven strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, content, design) to execute campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and client expectations
- Prepare regular reports and present insights to clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce / account management
- Strong experience with quick commerce platforms
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred
- Good understanding of performance metrics, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
