Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Noida. The Ecommerce Specialist will be tasked with managing online product listings, optimizing digital storefronts to enhance user experience and sales, and analyzing data to drive e-commerce strategies. The role involves maintaining customer engagement and providing exceptional customer service through prompt and professional communication. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart platforms etc.
Create and update product listings with accurate details, SEO-friendly descriptions, and optimized images.
Monitor and maintain account health, address warnings, performance issues, and resolve listing errors or violations.
Analyze sales performance, traffic reports, and return rates, and suggest actionable improvements. Plan and execute campaigns, offers, and promotions during sales events and business cycles.
Maintain daily operational reports, tracking listings, order statuses, payments, and platform communications.
Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, policy updates, and platform best practices.
Key Skills
Strong communication in Hindi and English (verbal and written) Mandatory Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central o Flipkart Seller Hub Jiomart o Amazon.com, Amazon UK, Amazon UAE (Global)
Knowledge of account handling, platform compliance, and issue resolution
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Basic understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and digital product placement
Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical thinking Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
