Role Description – Sourcing & Planning - Ecommerce

We are looking for a Ecommerce Sourcing & Planning Executive (China Sourcing) to oversee procurement and supplier management for Personal & Health Care products across domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, ensure quality compliance, and manage end-to-end sourcing operations.

Key Requirement - 1 to 3 years of sourcing experience with domestic & international market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of excel, data analysis, vendor research. Good knowledge of domestic and international market sourcing and supply chain, vendor negotiation.

Vendor Identification & Management – Develop and maintain a strong supplier network, ensuring reliability and long-term partnerships.

Costing & Negotiation – Optimize procurement costs through strategic negotiations while maintaining product quality.

Production & Timeline Management – Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery, mitigating supply chain risks.

Quality Control & Compliance – Enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance across sourcing channels.

Market & Supplier Research – Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers to drive competitive advantage.
