Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Account Manager Intern to support and manage seller accounts across leading Indian ecommerce marketplaces. This internship offers practical exposure to real-world ecommerce operations, marketplace growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces
Create, upload, and manage product listings across platforms
Perform listing SEO (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, backend search terms)
Optimize product listings to improve visibility, CTR, and conversion rate
Coordinate pricing, offers, discounts, and deals as per marketplace trends
Monitor inventory, stock health, and listing performance
Analyze sales reports, dashboards, and key metrics
Assist in resolving order, return, and account-related issues
Coordinate with design and operations teams for creatives and catalog updates
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed graduation in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel
Knowledge of product listing SEO and optimization techniques
Familiarity with ecommerce metrics (CTR, conversion rate, impressions, sales, ROAS basic level)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Available for 1 to 3 months
Immediate joiner preferred
Preferred (Good to Have):
Hands-on experience with catalog management or dropshipping
Knowledge of keyword research tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout basic exposure)
Understanding of marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads beginner level)
Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting
Experience working with D2C or ecommerce brands
Note:
This is an unpaid internship program with a duration of 1 to 3 months, conducted entirely in remote (work-from-home) mode.
