Job Description

We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients in the Nutraceutical sector

Location: Mumbai, Andheri

Product - Health Drink

Role Title: Sales Manager - Ecommerce & QCommerce

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Ecommerce Sales

CTC: 12 to 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.

• Develop and execute channel-wise business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities, platform expansions, and strategic partnerships.

• Manage end-to-end E-commerce/Q-commerce operations, including campaigns, launches, and category growth initiatives.

• Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and platform visibility to maximize online sales performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce Sales.
  • Hands-on experience managing key e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales analytics, reporting tools, and digital commerce platforms.
  • Experience in P&L management.

Please note that this is not an e-commerce operations role. We are specifically looking for candidates with core e-commerce sales experience, including marketplace growth, sales strategy, and revenue management.
