eCommerce & SaaS Onboarding Expert

About the Company

This is a full-time role for an eCommerce & SaaS Onboarding Expert responsible for onboarding and enabling clients on our OMS, WMS, and Reconciliation platforms.

About the Role

You will work closely with sellers, internal product teams, and technical support to ensure smooth system setup, accurate data mapping, and successful go-live. This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce operations, marketplace workflows, and SaaS implementation.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new sellers and brands onto OMS, WMS, and reconciliation systems
• Configuring warehouses, order flows, returns, and settlement workflows
• Supporting marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, etc.)
• Validating order, inventory, and settlement data accuracy
• Training client teams on platform usage and best practices
• Acting as the primary onboarding point of contact until successful adoption
