This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, oversee sales processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to driving online growth. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, resolving customer queries, collaborating with teams for seamless operations, and ensuring optimal product listings and inventory tracking.

• Strong analytical skills for assessing sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency
• Proficiency in E-Commerce operations, including platform management, product listing, and inventory tracking
• Proven sales expertise with the ability to develop sales strategies and meet targets
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to address inquiries and build positive relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
