Ecommerce Operations Manager

Role Description: We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end e-commerce operations. The role will involve managing product listings, orders, fulfilment, logistics, deliveries, returns, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product listing and order receipt to dispatch, delivery, returns.
• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant e-commerce marketplaces.
• Manage shipping and logistics through platforms such as Shiprocket, coordinating with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, warehouses and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation and ensure processes are followed efficiently.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination across the entire e-commerce operations cycle.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace operations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
• Experience with shipping/logistics platforms such as Shiprocket.
• Strong understanding of order management, fulfilment, logistics, returns and marketplace operations.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day operations and take ownership of issues.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards and operational tools.
