Job Description

Title: eCommerce Operations Executive

Company: Weldots

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi — On-site

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000/year + performance incentives (adjust if needed)

This isn't just operations. You'll run the engine behind 4 eCommerce brands.

Weldots operates Weldots, Auriglo, Bugario, and NeonDecors — serving over 10 lakh customers since 2020 across marketplaces and our own websites. Orders, returns, inventory, marketplace listings, customer issues — everything flows through the operations team.

We need someone who can own this end-to-end. Not just process orders, but spot what's broken, fix it, and build systems so it doesn't break again. If you're good with data, fast with Excel, and want real ownership in eCommerce — this role will teach you more in one year than most jobs teach in three.

What You'll Do

Order & Fulfillment Management

  • Manage daily order processing across platforms — track, coordinate with warehouse, ensure on-time dispatch
  • Monitor returns and RTOs — identify patterns (pin codes, products, couriers) and work to reduce them
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery failures and delays

Marketplace & Platform Operations

  • Manage listings and catalog updates on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify (adjust to your actual platforms)
  • Ensure inventory sync across platforms — flag mismatches before they become stockouts or overselling
  • Handle platform-level issues: account health, policy compliance, listing suppressions

Data & Reporting

  • Build and maintain daily/weekly reports — orders, dispatch rates, return rates, revenue by platform
  • Use Excel heavily: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formatting — you'll live in spreadsheets
  • Spot trends in data and flag actionable insights to the founder

Customer Support Coordination

  • Oversee the customer support team — ensure response times and resolution quality stay high
  • Step in on escalated issues that need coordination across logistics, warehouse, or marketplace teams
  • Track common complaints and feed them back to ops for process fixes
What We Need

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream)
  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations — marketplace management, order processing, or fulfillment
  • Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS are non-negotiable, not nice to have
  • Familiar with at least one: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or Shiprocket
  • Clear communicator — you'll coordinate across warehouse, logistics, support, and leadership daily
  • Available to work on-site from NSP, Delhi (Mon–Sat)

Preferred

  • Experience managing or coordinating a small team (2-5 people)
  • Familiarity with any automation or scripting (Google Sheets scripts, basic Python, Zapier — anything counts)
  • Someone who doesn't wait to be told what's broken — you notice it, flag it, and propose a fix
