We are seeking a highly organized and detail-drivenE-commerce & Quick Commerce Operations Executiveto manage day-to-day backend operations for Catch across key online platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Sweegy), focusing on PO processing, inventory, order management, and fill rate optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Manage POs from e-commerce and quick commerce portals
- Ensure timely in warding, invoicing, dispatch, and tracking
- Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams and warehouses for order processing
- Monitor end-to-end order status to ensure timely delivery
- Inventory Management
- Track real-time inventory across platforms
- Plan and ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid OOS (out-of-stock) or overstock situations
- Fill Rate & OTIF Monitoring
- Maintain and improve fill rates for all partner platforms
- Identify and close gaps impacting OTIF metrics
- Quick Commerce Execution
- Ensure accurate live inventory, product listing, and order syncing on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
- Coordinate fast-moving SKU mapping, timely order fulfilment, and promo execution
- Key Account Operations Support
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to support operational KPIs
- Help manage platform-specific dashboards, disputes, returns, and operational hygiene
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain daily/weekly dashboards for PO aging, fill rates, inventory, order trends, and returns
- Highlight gaps and proactively suggest solutions
