About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Associate to manage product listings, catalogue operations, and marketplace activities across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and maintaining product catalogues, ensuring listing accuracy, and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations

Key Responsibiliti
- esCreate, upload, and manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Shopify, and brand website
- s.Maintain accurate product catalogue data, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, attributes, and keyword
- s.Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines and quality standard
- s.Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new products and update existing catalogue
- s.Manage product categorization, variation creation (size, color, SKU mapping), and inventory update
- s.Monitor listing health, resolve suppressed or inactive listings, and troubleshoot catalogue-related issue
- s.Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality product images and conten
- t.Track stock availability and coordinate with warehouse or supply chain teams to minimize stock-out
- s.Prepare and maintain operational reports on listings, catalogue accuracy, inventory status, and marketplace performanc
- e.Support promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and seasonal catalogue launches.
Required Skills & Qualificati
