Our e-commerce engine handles high-volume order processing, inventory sync, logistics coordination, and customer delight—all while ensuring zero errors and lightning-fast fulfillment. You'll be at the heart of this operation, turning every order into a delivered success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and validate high-volume e-commerce orders accurately and within SLA, ensuring 99.9% order accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule timely dispatches, track shipments, and resolve delivery exceptions.
- Manage inventory synchronization across platforms (Shopify, ERP, or internal systems) to prevent overselling.
- Resolve customer order-related queries (cancellations, returns, address changes) with empathy and speed.
- Generate daily/weekly order performance reports and flag bottlenecks to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Fulfillment teams to align on promo-driven order surges and fulfillment capacity.
