Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketplace Operations & Insights Manager to join our team on-site in New Delhi. This role involves managing marketplace operations, analyzing data to generate business insights, conducting market research, and identifying customer trends. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement impactful strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
End-to-end Seller Central management — listings, catalogue hygiene, pricing, A+ content updates
Account health monitoring — proactively resolving policy flags, suppressed listings, customer feedback
Coordinating with the ads team on campaign-linked catalogue and listing requirements

End-to-end FBA shipment creation, scheduling, and tracking
Managing inbound logistics — courier coordination, label compliance, packaging standards
Stranded and unfulfillable inventory management — resolving proactively, not reactively
Reorder planning based on DRR, lead times, and seasonal demand
Coordinating with warehouse team on dispatch priorities and FBA prep

Maintaining optimal stock levels across FBA and self-ship
Flagging low-stock ASINs before they go out of stock — not after
Coordinating with supply chain on reorder triggers and timelines
Owning our presence on Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and other relevant platforms
Managing vendor/seller onboarding, catalogue uploads, and operational compliance per platform
Identifying marketplace-specific opportunities and flagging them proactively

Weekly MIS — ASIN-level sales, inventory status, return rates, account health summary
Monthly performance deep-dive — what worked, what didn't, what to do next
Building and maintaining trackers in Google Sheets — not just filling them
Turning numbers into sharp, actionable insights the founder can act on the same day

2–4 years independently managing Amazon Seller Central
Deep FBA experience — shipments, removals, stranded inventory, reorder logic
Exposure to other marketplaces — Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa
Strong in Excel/Google Sheets — someone who builds systems, not just follows them
Can read data and tell a story from it — not just report numbers
Detail obsessive, proactive, and doesn't wait to be told
