About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize our brand presence across major online marketplaces. The role involves handling end-to-end marketplace operations, improving product visibility, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant marketplaces.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking and visibility.
  • Monitor product performance metrics including sales, traffic, ratings, and reviews, and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock updates and timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyse competitor activity, pricing trends, and market insights to develop growth strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, Promotions, Deals, etc.).
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain brand reputation.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and order-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Generate regular performance reports and share actionable insights with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in managing ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and product listing best practices.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing marketplace advertising campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, etc.).
  • Understanding of inventory management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or content optimization (optional but beneficial).
