We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Operations & Amazon FBA Specialist to join our team and manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Walmart, eBay, and our website.

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, All Days
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily orders from multiple sales channels.
- Monitor order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and shipping status.
- Create and maintain daily sales and operational reports.
- Track key metrics including sales, inventory, order volume, and marketplace performance.
- Manage inventory planning and stock replenishment.
- Create and manage Amazon FBA shipment plans.
- Monitor FBA inventory health and restock requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners for timely dispatches.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA.
- Experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily operational tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-channel order management systems.
- Knowledge of marketplace performance reporting and analytics.
- Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
