Position Overview:

As the Ecommerce Marketplace Executive, responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share across various online marketplaces in India

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings on leading marketplaces.

Conduct keyword research and product optimization to improve search ranking and product visibility.

Develop and implement pricing strategies to stay competitive and achieve target margins.

Manage inventory levels across marketplaces to prevent stockouts and optimize fulfillment costs. Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, customer reviews) and identify areas for improvement.

Analyze competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Develop and manage marketing campaigns (discounts, promotions) to drive traffic and sales on marketplaces.

Maintain positive relationships with marketplace account managers and customer service representatives.

Stay updated on the latest ecommerce trends and marketplace policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management

Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability through online marketplaces

Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for product listing optimization

Experience with popular marketplaces in India (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Data-driven approach to decision making

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
