Role Overview:

You will own marketplace growth end-to-end—from listings and ad campaigns to inventory planning and revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how marketplaces actually work.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Marketplace Growth

a. Own monthly revenue targets across Amazon and Flipkart

b. Improve product rankings through keyword optimization

c. Identify category opportunities and product gaps

d. Drive conversion improvement across listings

2.Listing Management

a. Create and optimize listings

b. Manage titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords

c. Coordinate new launches and catalog updates

3.Advertising

a. Run Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads

b. Optimize ACOS, TACOS, ROAS

c. Improve ad efficiency and scale winners

4. Inventory & Operations

a. Coordinate stock planning with operations

b. Prevent stockouts

c. Improve fill rates and inventory turnover

5. Review & Rating Management

a. Track customer feedback

b. Identify product issues

c. Improve ratings and reduce returns

6. Promotions

a. Plan deals, offers, coupons, events

b. Execute sale periods and platform campaigns

7. Analytics

a. You would be required to provide weekly reporting on:

Sales, Ad performance,Conversion,Returns,Ratings,Profitability,KPIs,Revenue growth, Marketplace ranking, Conversion rate, ROAS, ACOS, Inventory health, Rating improvement, Return reduction

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 2–4 years in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace management.

2. Experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG preferred and scaling skincare/grooming brands from 0 to ₹1 crore+ monthly marketplace sales.

3. Strong Excel skills

4. Hands-on with Seller Central

5. Understands ads, listings, and marketplace SEO

6. Fast executor
