This is a full-time on-site role located in Jalandhar for an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with various teams to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience will be a key part of this role.

• Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and experience in managing online marketplaces
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and interact with customers
• Analytical Skills to monitor, evaluate, and improve e-commerce performance
• A track record of providing exceptional Customer Service
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
