Job Description

Role Overview

We're looking for a high-impact E-commerce Growth Leader who can own revenue, scale marketplaces, and drive profitable growth across D2C & Quick Commerce channels.

This is not an execution role — this is for someone who thinks like a P&L owner, understands performance marketing deeply, and has a proven track record of scaling brands from 1→10→100.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale end-to-end e-commerce revenue (D2C + Marketplace + Quick Commerce)
  • Drive growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto & other emerging channels
  • Plan & execute high-performance marketing campaigns (Search, Display, Sponsored Ads)
  • Manage high-value budgets with strong focus on ROAS, TACOS & profitability
  • Optimise product listings, PDP content, keywords & conversion funnels
  • Track & improve core metrics: CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROI, LTV
  • Build and execute customer acquisition & retention strategies
  • Lead marketplace growth strategy & expansion (Quick Commerce focus)
  • Conduct deep competitor analysis & identify scale opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Ops & Performance teams
  • Own relationships with Marketplace Account Managers
  • Create & present weekly/monthly performance dashboards & insights

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in:
  • E-commerce Growth / Performance Marketing
  • Marketplace Management (Amazon / Flipkart / Nykaa)
  • D2C or Omnichannel Growth
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Performance marketing & ROI optimization
  • Marketplace algorithms & keyword strategies
  • Scaling revenue across D2C and marketplaces
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads ecosystems
  • Quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto)
  • Data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
  • Ability to:
  • Handle large budgets and scale campaigns profitably
  • Optimize full-funnel performance (traffic → conversion → retention)
  • Work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Skincare / Beauty / Personal Care brands
  • Demonstrated success in:
  • Scaling revenue 10x–30x
  • Managing high-growth D2C brands
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
